On the 19 November our Hands on Learning students participated in a National Student Celebration day. We received some missions to complete referring back to our 4 pillars 

1. People to belong – we took a group photo all together                                                             
2. A place to belong – we completed a scavenger hunt finding items within our kitchen to score points 
    
3. Real things to do – the challenge to stack 25 items was intense. With the highest tower reaching 11 rows before tumbling over. 
    
4. A chance to give back – The students were excited to receive a gift from Hands on Learning Central and all went home with a beanie. 

The students enjoyed a fun afternoon and are now gearing up for the end of year catering gig for the Meals on Wheels Community.
